Make a Wish FUNdraiser

Speaking of many hands contributing to success, the club hosted a wildly successful fundraiser for our Make A Wish Amazing Race bicycle teamson September 15th. Joe McFetridge spearheaded the effort, which resulted in over 150 folks joining us at the Fleet Reserve club for music, dancing and wonderful food. We raised over $4,000 dollars for Make A Wish! Special thanks to Director Jarrod Jones who not only MC’d the 50/50 prize drawings, but also did an excellent job marketing the event. If you have not donated to your NYCSD Blue/Gold Amazing Race teams, please consider doing so. You can find them at
yachtclubforwishes.org.
