Membership Form 

Membership in Navy Yacht Club San Diego is currently restricted to Active Duty, Reserve, Retired, and civilian DOD personnel.  Recent changes in MWR eligibility, Purple Heart recipients are now eligible for club  membership.  

 

Due to the club's location onboard a military facility, club membership is limited to the classes above, and we will ask you affirm you belong to one of these at submission of this application.

Note to current members, we are building a new database and ask that you complete this form for renewal.

Please note this form has multiple pages.  This page to fill out details, then you are forwarded to the Membership type selection, and then to PayPal for payment.  Please ensure you get through the payment process to establish your membership.
